Your Taiwanese tea box

Our bubble tea box takes you on an exciting journey where you can look forward to an extraordinary taste experience.

This is what awaits you

The starter kit contains all the ingredients you need to make bubble tea : tea powder, cane sugar for sugar syrup, traditional neutral-flavored tapioca pearls, wide straws and a booklet with practical instructions. To ensure an authentic taste experience, we import tea, sugar and pearls directly from Taiwan and Asia. This will make your drinks taste like they were made in a milk tea shop in Taiwan!

Delicious types of tea

The Gino company from Taiwan has been producing teas for over 20 years. So that you can try authentic bubble tea in different flavors, we put milk tea, green tea latte and lemon iced tea in the box.

Tapioca pearls

You can also get boba pearls from us directly from Asia! The Wu Fu Yuan company produces pearls that you can prepare in just 2-5 minutes. The black bubbles are tasteless and traditionally made from tapioca starch.

Brown cane sugar

A new trend in the bubble tea industry is tea with melted brown sugar (brown sugar milk tea). But be careful: it doesn't work with every sugar! With the brown sugar in your box, your tea will really be like in Taiwan.

Extra wide straws

Of course, for a real bubble tea experience, the right straws shouldn't be missing! The paper straws included in the set are wide enough so that tapioca pearls can easily fit through them.

The box in detail

  • 8 extra wide paper straws
  • Brown Sugar for making brown sugar syrup
  • 3 different types of tea: Green Tea Latte, Milk Tea and Lemon Flavored Iced Tea
  • Boba pearls made from tapioca starch
  • Magazine with lots of interesting information about the box, all the individual types of tea and the Taiwanese tea culture

The Bubble Tea Magazine

In addition to the ingredients for delicious bubble tea, you will also find a detailed brochure in the do-it-yourself box in which you can read all sorts of interesting and useful facts about Taiwan.

Bubble Tea - More than just tea

Bubble tea is tea with milk in which tapioca pearls are added. The idea for this arose in Taiwan in the 80s. From there, bubble tea first conquered Asia and finally the West. But that took quite a long time: the first bubble tea was only offered in Germany in 2009 !

Bubble tea shops have now become an integral part of Taiwanese culture. That's why we've put together a lot of interesting information about pearl milk tea in the magazine to bring you closer to Taiwan's tea culture .

Delicious recipes and preparation tips

To ensure that your bubble tea is guaranteed to be a success, we will also give you two recipes and practical tips for preparing it: We will explain step by step how best to cook the tapioca pearls, how to make the brown sugar syrup and finally how to create the great marble -Create color effect on the edge of the glass.

Culture, history and sights of Taiwan

Of course, apart from bubble tea, Taiwan has a lot more to offer!

In our magazine you can also read about the culture and history of the country and get to know a selection of great sights .

Hello, we are the bubble tea team!

Djihä from Korea & Philipp from Germany. We have both been married for over 5 years and live in Germany with our little daughter.

We love good food and drink and think that culinary traditions are a great way to get to know other countries a little better from Germany. Taiwan is no exception. Getting to know the small island nation of Taiwan without trying bubble tea is almost impossible.

That's why we have developed a box that not only contains various bubble tea recipes, but also the most important ingredients for making delicious milk tea.

We hope you like our box and have as much fun preparing and trying the different bubble tea variants as we do!

So that you can bring the authentic Taiwanese taste home, the ingredients in the box all come from Taiwan and Asia. It actually tastes exactly like the milk tea shops in Taiwan!

Schmeckt an sich sehr gut. Allerdings habe ich die falschen Bubbles bestellt. Und die sind wie Weingummi. :-D
Nicht so unser Geschmack. Deswegen trinken wir nur den mitgelieferten Tee.
Na ja, beim nächsten Mal gibt's die weichen Bubbles.
